Proposals submitted for CLF LABS will be assessed on its aims and objectives, strength of concept and its potential to contribute to the following Four Forward Thrusts:

1.      Enhance Circulation of Social Capital for Upward Mobility

2.      Generate an Environment that is Inclusive and Conducive to Learning

3.      Cultivate an Enterprise Driven Ecosystem

4.      Rejuvenate the Citizen-Leader at Personal and Collective Level

Projects will also aim to be in alignment with the following Three Focus Areas:

1.      Harnessing Youth as Energy for the Community

2.      Cultivating Niche Constellations of Expertise

3.      Enhancing Community Foundations

Proposals submissions which are not align to any of the above thrusts and focus areas, but with “fresh approaches towards developing sustainable projects that will shape the community towards future challenges, and that have the potential to be up-scaled”, will also be considered.
