CLF LABS Grant Application Form can be obtained by:

1.      Downloading the Proposal Form;

2.      Collecting a copy of the Grant Application Form at the following address:

Wisma MENDAKI,
51 Kee Sun Avenue,
Singapore 457056

Please note that only ORIGINAL Grant Application Form submitted will be processed.
